RCAD Women’s Health Foundation serves the grassroots of Rivers State and neighboring communities in Nigeria West Africa. We aim to promote and provide comprehensive healthcare information to women within our community, our health outreach in February 2020 was one way of doing this.
The just concluded health care outreach held Elele town on 14/2/2020 saw over 180 persons in attendance. Among the many events, we carried out body health checkup for attendants and also had an empowerment session. Attendants were taught how to prepare home-made healthy drinks call Zobo drink and parents were encouraged to give these to there children rather than unhealthy fizzy drinks.
This 2020 outreach was loaded with visionary plan that will impact positively on the life of people. We appreciate all our supporters and we ask for more support to reach out to more vulnerable women and families.
